The mind cannot thrive without its home—the body. The body needs us to learn its rhythm. It needs us to know and acknowledge what fuel it rejects, and what makes it strong. Only we have the power to be good to our body. Choosing to keep our body healthy and in balance is essential to a fulfilled life. That doesn’t mean a life devoid of indulgences. On the contrary, a fit body can quickly bounce back from an occasional cheese plate and glass of wine. Honor your body by treating it better than you would your material things.
