SANITY LIST

Living a happy, fulfilled life comes down to nutrition. All areas of our being need nutrition—for both the mind and body—in order to thrive. Most people know about body nutrition because it is part of our daily lives. We actively choose food to consume in order to fuel our bodies. Mind nutrition involves healing our deep-seated wounds and accepting ourselves as perfectly imperfect. Mind nutrition takes more work, and rewards  hard work with the serenity of being centered.
